Guidelines for presenters

Posters
Posters will be displayed on designated boards. The required size is 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height), portrait orientation. We recommend using a minimum font size of 24 points to ensure readability from a distance of approximately 1–2 meters.
Poster presenters are invited to introduce their posters in a one-minute speed talk on the morning of the first day. The speaking order is provided in the conference program. Each presentation may include one slide, which should be uploaded to the following folder by October 8

Talks
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format, 16:9 aspect ratio. Each talk is allocated 12 minutes, followed by an additional 2–3 minutes for questions.
Presenters are required to upload their presentation to the conference computer on the morning of their scheduled talk (between 08:30 and 09:15). If your presentation includes video or audio files, please ensure they are embedded or properly transferred.
