Registration is now open!
Registration closes on October 1st, 2026. Registering early helps us prepare everything in advance, from conference logistics and meals to name tags and other on-site details. Please note that all presenters must register in advance in order to take part in the conference.

Abstract submission instructions – Now closed
Abstract submission closes on July 31st, 2026. The organizing committee will notify authors regarding acceptance by Sunday, August 30, 2026.
Oral talk will be 15 minutes long (including questions) while posters will be presented in a designated poster session. In addition, poster presenters will be given a “speed talk” to introduce their poster during the first day of the conference.
The conference will be held entirely in English and each author can submit only one abstract to present (first author).
All abstracts should be submitted through the abstract submission form following the structure below:
b. Name of presenting author
c. Affiliation of presenting author (Department, University (or other institution) and country)
d. Co-authors: Names of all co-authors
e. Abstract text (max. 250 words)
